They sent Douglas over that same afternoon. He called me right away to explain what needed to be fixed and made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process. I called out a plumber to my place in Kansas City to replace my water heater because it was leaking badly from the bottom of the tank. Mason showed up right on time, was really professional, and clearly knew a lot about plumbing. He took the time to explain different types of water heaters and shared some helpful tips on how I can take care of mine so it lasts longer. In just about two hours, I had hot water running again. I can honestly say the service I received today was outstanding. The plumber arrived just minutes after I called and was incredibly helpful from start to finish. I originally called for what I thought was a minor problem with my sink, but Chase quickly noticed my water heater was also leaking and needed to be replaced right away. Water was starting to pool, but thanks to Chase’s expertise, he took care of both the water heater replacement and the sink repair in just a few hours, all by himself. I discovered an old outdoor spigot that was leaking and wouldn't shut off, so I called for help. The spigot was the older turn style and had become stripped over time. I was originally scheduled for a repair on Monday, but the office called to let me know they had an opening and could send someone out earlier, on Friday afternoon. Gregory showed up right on time, was very friendly, and quickly replaced the spigot with a new quarter-turn handle. I've also had this plumbing company install a water softener, hook up my dishwasher, and clear clogs from my pipes in the past. Every plumber I've worked with has been courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Everyone in the office has always been helpful and pleasant as well. I am always happy with their service and will keep using them for all my plumbing needs. I definitely recommend them to others.
